Gold and Silver Travel Weekly Awards

VERB Interactive (VERB) won two gold and one silver trophy at the 2022 annual Travel Weekly Magellan Awards celebrating travel marketing efforts across North America.

Travel Weekly provides news, research, opinion, and analysis to the North American travel trade marketplace. The organization’s Magellan Awards honours the best in travel and highlights the travel professionals behind it all. With a broad range of industry segments including Hotels and Resorts, Travel Destinations, Cruise Lines, Online Travel Services, and more.

Xanterra Travel Collection and Cody Yellowstone won gold within the destination marketing category for web marketing and advertising. Both had the goal of increasing awareness of the brand and its destinations, as well as drive referrals and generate leads through a full advertising campaign. By coming up with a high-level strategy through social, email, and paid, VERB was able to generate incredible results in each category which increased website traffic, leads, and engagement for the full brand portfolio.

Marine Atlantic won the silver award in the cruise marketing category for best website. By shifting from a corporate-facing experience to a customer-led one that’s easy to navigate, VERB was able to substantially increase its sessions, conversion rates, transitions, and revenue.
