Junior/Intermediate Creative Designer

VERB Interactive is looking for a creative Web designer who can translate strategy and goals into unique and effective Web user experiences. The candidate will be responsible for the design and development of HTML email promotions, Web based landing pages, online advertisements and other Web site related creative elements.

Responsibilities:

• Design HTML email promotions, online ads and graphical user interfaces and interface treatments for Web sites,
• Provide excellent visual and functional design of Web sites and Web applications, and meet client needs and expectations
• Must be familiar with usability issues and informal testing
• Flash animation and ActionScript experience considered a plus.

Recommended Experience:

• A degree from a recognized design school or college
• A minimum of 2 years experience in Web site design
• Comfortable using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, & Dreamweaver
• Well organized and attention to detail
• Experienced in collaborating with other creative and technical people
• Creative thinking and exploration on large and small projects, under tight deadlines
• Exceptional creative portfolio of Internet related creative
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
